Our mission is to provide the community with ethically and humanely raised grass-fed beef. Our cows are free range and live on green pastures in central North Carolina.
Halal
Our cows are processed by a USDA Inspected & Certified Halal facility just down the road from our farm. After processing, our beef is dry aged for 18 days to maximize tenderness.
